Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir hails from Canterbury's Teviotdale Range, where stony, free-draining soils and mountain shelter create ideal growing conditions. Farmed ecologically without herbicides or pesticides, these grapes preserve the terroir's natural balance. Whole-bunch fermented in small vats at controlled temperatures, the wine ages 18 months in French oak—30% new—before blending and bottling.
