Domaine Thomson by Armand Heitz Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2022 Burgundy France 750ml

The vineyard has been shaped over the centuries by the Dukes of Burgundy, by monks and by winegrowers. A bottle of Burgundy is a piece of French heritage. For this bottle, the winemaker, Armand Heitz, chose to claim on the Bourgogne Rouge labels and not Bourgogne Côte d'Or or Bourgogne Pinot Noir. His reason is that these last two appellations impose unsustainable modes of conduct whereas the Bourgogne Rouge appellation makes it possible to work in a more sustainable and virtuous way.
