Caviar House & Prunier are opening their doors for an evening with PM Hall-Jones, the owner of Domaine Thomson. PM was a banker for over 20 years with HSBC in Asia Pacific and is now running the family wine business in New Zealand and France. We will be tasting wines from Domaine Thomson's vineyards in Central Otago and Burgundy; alongside bespoke dishes prepared by the amazing team at Caviar House & Prunier.

The evening begins with a sparkling reception from 7pm, followed by a tasting of 5 premium wines from Domaine Thomson's vineyards in Central Otago New Zealand and Burgundy France. Wines will be paired with plates from Prunier's fabulous selection, followed by desserts and coffee.
