Puriri Hills’ Harmonie Du Soir (previously Reserve) is a designated Regional Super Classic that builds its reputation on being elegant, delicious and consistently ageworthy.
Harmonie du Soir (“Evening Harmony”) refers to Baudelaire’s description of the exotic and magical mingling of fragrances in a garden as day turns to night:
The season is at hand when swaying on its stem

Puriri Hills wines are released five to eight years aftervintage to ensure that newly launched wines are ready to drink upon release.
42% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 17% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec
Less than 3700 bottles produced.

Why we love it…
Harmonie du Soir is the flagship wine of Puriri Hills. It impressively treads the line between power and restraint and benefits from time in the decanter. The wine is perfumed and elegant, red fruit and spice, silky smooth and has lovely chewy tannins. An outstanding wine that can be cellared with confidence.
