From the winemaker…
Pretty nose of exotic florals, strawberry, seashell and citrus. Complex flavours on the palate of lemon curd, toasted brioche and roasted almonds, with lifted mineral notes and bright salty acidity. Super fine mousse and lengthy finish.
Strict ‘Methode Traditionelle’ with minimum three years on lees and an additional six months on cork before release. 70% Pinot Noir with 30% Chardonnay, only from our Cairnmuir Rd vineyard. A rare wine in small production and only in selected vintages. Complex nose of citrus, oyster shell, exotic florals, roasted nuts and toasted brioche. Very fine mousse with mineral-driven acidity, rich texture and long crisp finish. A wine to help celebrate!
Serve chilled at 8 degrees Celsuis
“Pinot noir-dominant blend with chardonnay that spent three years en tirage. Fine-textured méthode with fresh bread, baguette, citrus, cashew nut and white flower flavours. A pleasingly weighty palate and lingering finish. .”
