From the winemaker…
Strict ‘Methode Traditionelle’ aged for 18 months on lees. A Pinot Noir dominant blend with chardonnay; and fruit is taken from across our six vineyard sites, ensuring complexity in the base wine. Pretty red florals and strawberry perfume, with freshly baked baguette. Creamy mid palate and nuttiness from barrel fermentation, red berries, complex toasted brioche notes and fine persistent bead. Lovely length and mouth filling texture balanced with bright acidity.
Serve chilled at 8 degrees Celsius
“A light copper-coloured wine with initial restraint that opens up to a cacophony of aromatic florals and fruits. The palate is generously filled with classic berries and cream, toasty baking spice and caramel underscored by a fine line of acidity” Cuisine Magazine No.2 Sparkling Wine, 5 stars Oct 2019
