Aroha Wine

Month: August 2020

Situated 20 minutes from Queenstown in Bendigo, Peregrine’s estate vineyards were first planted in 1999 with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Riesling on various rootstocks. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc were introduced later with great success.

The name Akitu is an ancient Maori term for Apex or Summit – and the logo depicts the name reflected in the outline of the alps overlooking the vineyard.
